Drag Queens Who

Identify As Non-Binary

In the past, being a drag queen was a way for some people to be transgender before the term "transgender" was normalized. For other people, drag was a way to explore gender. Typically, drag queens are male-identifying, and the feminine presentation is a persona. However, not all Drag Queens are male-identifying: some few are trans women such as Rupaul's Drag Race contestant Peppermint. Others, like many on this page, are genderfluid or genderqueer.

Courtney Act is a singer and entertainer from Australia. She competed in season 6 of Rupaul's Drag Race and co-owns a wig company called Wigs By Vanity along with fellow drag queen, Vanity Faire.

Pandora Boxx is a drag queen and comedian known for her stay on Rupaul's Drag Race season 2. She is genderfluid.

Violet Chachki is a genderfluid drag queen, burlesque dancer, model, and winner of season 7 of Rupaul's Drag Race.

Adore Delano is a non-binary drag queen, singer, and actor who made it into the top three of Rupaul's Drag Race season 6 and was a contestant on American Idol in 2008.
